This milestone solidifies our long-standing commitment to environmentally friendly agriculture. While our practices have always been guided by a deep concern for preserving the land, this certification is a way to clearly demonstrate it to our consumers.

Our organic approach also incorporates the use of the lunar calendar to optimize our work in the vineyard and cellar. For example, our plantings and bottlings are scheduled according to this calendar.
